LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION!!!

Is it important to live near work? Walking distant to downtown? Where you can see the stars?

When evaluating a neighborhood you should investigate local conditions in each particular neighborhood. Depending on your own particular needs and tastes, some of the following factors may be more important considerations than others:

  • quality of schools
  • property values
  • traffic
  • future construction
  • proximity to schools, employment, hospitals, shops, public transportation, prisons, freeways, airports, beaches, parks, stadiums and cultural activities such as museums, concerts and theaters.
As specialists in Investment Real Estate, we work with many First-Time Homebuyers. Please let us assist you with the entire process.

Preparing Your Home to Sell

When preparing to put your home up for sale, think about the home's exterior. If the outside looks good, people will more than likely want to see what's on the inside. Keep the lawn and landscape nicely manicured and be sure your front door area has a "Welcome" feeling. A fresh coat of paint on the front door looks great and is a simple fast solution to brighten up your curb appeal.

Of all the rooms inside your home, pay special attention to the kitchen and bathrooms. They should look as modern, bright and fresh as possible. It is essential for them to be clean and clutter free.

Clean and organize closets so they show to be as spacious as possible. Ask one of our agents for advice to get the most impact for the least amount of time and money.

Also, let the buyer's imagine their own things inside your home. Reduce clutter and knick knacks.
